2011 Rules

1. Entry fee is $100 per boat each tournament
2. Membership is $25 per person
3. $10 late penalty for registering at the ramp, waived for new members
4. All participants must be a member of Bass Anglers Team Trail, including any substitutes
5. A substitute may be used, but not at the Championship Tournament
6. All State and Federal laws must be obeyed
7. Lifejackets must be worn at takeoff
8. 5 fish limit, 12 inches or lake minimum, largemouth and spotted bass only, all short fish will be removed along with equal number of largest fish 
9. Artificial bait only, no trolling or jigger poles
10. All ties will be split equally
11. All money winners must be able to take and pass a polygraph
12. Takeoff will be by order of registration
13. All tournaments are from safelight till 3pm, any team late to weigh in will be disqualified for that day
14. Points will be given to each team by their finish such as: 100 points 1st, 95 points 2nd, 94 points 3rd, 93 points 4th, etc
15. All teams that fish 6 or more Bass Anglers Team Trail Tournaments will qualify for the Championship Tournament 
16. The top 50% of teams, by points from best 5 tournaments, will qualify for the Championship Tournament
17. Anglers of the Year will be decided by total points from 6 best tournaments, and Anglers of the Year will receive $1,000
18. Entry forms must be signed by all participants
19. Catch and release will be inforced
20. No culling at the ramp
21. Good sportsmanship must be used at all times
22. Any protest must be presented to the Tournament Director before you weigh in, the decision of the Tournament Director will be final, the Tournament Director reserves the right to refund any teams entry fee for just cause
23. Fish may be bagged and transported to weigh in by another boat, only if accompanied by at least 1 team member
24. Any bad checks will result in disqualification from all Bass Anglers Team Trail events
25. No one can leave their boat except for an emergency, use of restroom is considered an emergency
